Interesting article about Amish people and their use (and non-use) of technology. They have been embracing solar energy as a way to power things they need (chainsaws are allowed!) without hooking into the main power grid. I’m considering becoming Amish now! Haha, not really.

“The first notes in the longest and slowest piece of music in history, designed to go on for 639 years, are being played on a German church organ on Wednesday.
The three notes, which will last for a year-and-a-half, are just the start of the piece, called As Slow As Possible.”
According to this Wired article, the next big thing in autosports is called Drifting and it’s the art of making the car skid out of control and careen down the road sideways. The next version of the Gran Turismo video game is even going to include a Drifting Battle mode. In Japan, it’s already a huge money-making industry. Weird.
