Sunday:

Things are coming together.

Things are going well.

Things are happening.

And I realize that.

And I am glad about it…

But I still always have that nagging feeling that things could be going even better… I am never content.

But… there are always other people doing other things… and you just have to try to figure out what you need, and then decide if you have that or if you need to work toward getting something more.

Sunday:

I am always hungry for more. I am not satisfied with what I have. I never am. It’s a bit of a curse. It certainly gets in the way of relationships.

I am not quite a perfectionist because I don’t believe in perfection. I believe that something can always be better or worse.

Friday:

Today, I saw a woman driving on the freeway in an aging American car, with a sticker on the back window that said, “I heart Tupperware”, but with a little heart symbol instead of the word heart.

Also, I saw a man standing in the middle of a busy street with lots of people walking around, shopping and stuff (Santa Monica 3rd St Promenade, no cars, just people), and the man was yelling things about the end of the world or something.

Weird.
I am blessed.

Friday:

Tonight also…
I heard a grown man use the word “dope” and the phrase “hard core” several times in the same pseudo-paragraph… I say pseudo-paragraph, because it was mostly a bunch of non-sensical run-on sentences strung together with random articles.

You have to show some constraint when you talk like that in public!

Thursday:

progress is good.
work is good.

The lease for our new building should be ready tomorrow.
How weird.
We are going to have a building to ourselves to use for what we want.

A building.

Much more than a house.
And I think we can make it cozy, too.
I think we can.
And we will.

And we will all rejoice.
Things are going to work out.

We are all going to have so much fun.

Thursday:

Can I see the light at the end of the tunnel? I don’t know. I have grown tired of even looking. When there is nothing to see, that can happen pretty easilly.

I am feeling weary, but I am as close to happy as I have been in a very long time.
The people around me are so wonderful. They are the only light I will ever need. Don’t abandon me. Don’t please.

Sunday:

Not a single person made any indication that the last gcoid posting went out at all.

Nobody unsubscribed. Nobody subscribed. And nobody sent me email.

I didn’t seem to have any effect at all.

Hrrmph.

Sunday:

I didn’t go out last night. I stayed home and got to know my computer a little better.

That’s a good thing to do once in awhile… and this weekend has seemed so long as a result!

I think we’re going to go out tomorrow night, though. After Ally!
